Your Coach: Charmaine combines her powerful approach to personal development coaching with the mindfulness techniques that she uses in her professional and personal practice. Qualified to coach at post graduate level with distinction from Warwick University she works successfully with individuals and corporates. She is also a member of the Association for Coaching & follows their code of ethics.
