Rotary Club

Southwell Rotary Club is part of an international organisation with more than 1.2 million members.

We normally meet weekly at The Saracen's Head, arranging fund-raising activities to support organisations such as Macmillan Cancer Support, local support charities, children and young adults.

We also support Royal British Legion with their Poppy Appeal, and are involved with local schools with Young Writer, eco-greenhouses etc.

Many of our friendly weekly meetings feature a speaker covering topics ranging from The Himalayan Trust to local history.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, meetings moved on-line – allowing fellowship and community support to continue.

Rotary is open by invitation to anyone over the age of about 25, and we welcome new members who are interested in giving something back to the community.

So if you are interested, contact our Secretary: Paul Cox on 07899 008009 or secretary.southwellrotary@outlook.com
