Sherwood Forest Hospitals has launched a dedicated patient helpline for people with questions about their treatment and care after changes to appointments in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Southwell Town Council will be arranging the delivery of the following information over the next few days to all households in the town. Please feel free to call any of the numbers if you or a member of your family need some help. 

Newark and Sherwood District Council is keen to support its business community and their employees in these unprecedented and difficult times as a result of the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19). Given recent central Government announcements, and to assist in understanding the raft of support available we have collated the key measures, including how the Council will be responding. We remain committed to being as flexible as possible in administering relief for qualifying business and people affected.

Since Support Refugees in Southwell (SRiS) was formed to help resettle refugees coming to this country, under the government's resettlement scheme, three Syrian families have been welcomed here.
