Christingle

Our Christingle service will be held on Sunday 15th December at 5pm in Southwell Minster. This beautiful candlelit service will feature songs and carols, stories and the giving of a Christingle orange to every child and most of the grown-ups too! Nick Harding will be there to lead the service which raises money for the Children’s Society. The Society works with some of the most vulnerable children in this country who have been bullied, abused, neglected and sexually exploited. Last year the we were able to send almost £400 to the Children’s Society, money raised at the service in the Minster and from donations and generous support from Southwell Rotary Club. Please come along and share our service, then stay and enjoy a hot drink or juice and a mince pie! For further information please contact Vicki Loughton on 01636 813248

We look forward to seeing the children, parents and grandparents during this two week period. If you miss us during the evening, we will be outside the Admiral Rodney on 21st December from 8.30am to 1pm. For detailed timings of the Float Route please click link below.
