Into the Breach

Into the Breach is a heartwarming drama of love, war and odd jobs. The show will be performed at Southwell Library on Friday 24th April at 7.30pm. This one man show written and performed by Mark Carey tells the tale of odd job man George Crocker who joins his local drama club which leads to a life-changing adventure as he realises he has more in common with Shakespeare's Henry V than he realised. Set during the Second World War, this nostalgic, funny and moving story will appeal to all. It is a vivid portrait of village life with all 17 colourful characters played by one man.
